An RFID label contains a microchip and antenna embedded in the label material. When an RFID reader emits a radio frequency signal, the chip powers up and transmits its stored data back to the reader — no line-of-sight required. This allows you to scan hundreds of items simultaneously, even through boxes and packaging.
We work with operations of all sizes. Contact us with your quantity and requirements and we'll provide pricing. Volume discounts apply at higher quantities, and we can advise on the most cost-effective order size for your needs.
Standard turnaround is 2 weeks from artwork approval. Rush production is available for urgent orders — contact us and we'll tell you what's possible for your timeline and quantity.
Yes — we encode each label with unique serialized data as part of the manufacturing process. You provide the data file or encoding spec, and we program every chip before shipment so labels are ready to use right out of the box.
Standard RFID labels don't perform well on metal or liquid-filled containers because these materials interfere with the radio signal. We offer on-metal RFID labels and specialty inlays designed specifically for these challenging surfaces. Contact us with your application and we'll recommend the right solution.
